PART TIME ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT Maternity cover 6-12 months

Reading £20,000 Pro Rata Our client is an electrical distributor and as a Value Added distributor, the company is also involved in providing solutions to customers. This is a maternity cover role minimum period 6 months possibly up to 12 months this is an ideal opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to take up the role of Accounts Assistant on a part time basis .for this maternity cover period The ideal candidate will ideal have or be studying towards AAT or in-depth experience and a proven track record within a similar role with the ability and aptitude to multi task and work effectively in a small team ..

Skills: * Experience of using Sage Line 100 Accounting package

• Pro forma invoices for cash sales

• Check details of delivery notes

• Weekly sales reports

• Ledger Reconciliations d * Able to resolve problems with own initiative, logical approach to problem solving

• Understanding of accounting procedures and practices

• Able to take initiative and work with minimal supervision
